Spin Winner accounts are KYC-verified inside the app, not on this website. Verification is required before the first withdrawal. The verification screen shows what to upload (PAN, Aadhaar or other accepted documents) and how to capture them.

Your wallet lives inside the app. The web site does not expose balances, deposits or withdrawals. If a page on this product profile asks for payment information outside the verified access route, treat it as unverified.

Common KYC blockers: a document expired before the verification step, a name mismatch with the bank account, or a phone number already attached to a different account. The support window at /contact/ can help resolve each of these.
