Spin Winner support is delivered through a private ticket window at /contact/. There is no email address and no phone number on this product profile. The support launcher appears as a small floating element on every page.

Opening the contact route creates a new ticket when you have no existing conversation, or resumes your previous ticket when you do. Replies appear in the same conversation window. The site uses localStorage to remember your ticket across page loads.

If your device clears site data, the conversation will look new. Use the reset button inside the contact window to start a fresh ticket. The previous ticket remains accessible from the original device until it is closed by the support team.

For fastest response, include your device model, Android version and a one-sentence description of the issue. Screenshots can be described in text. The team will reply inside the same window.
