Delete account

To delete your Spin Winner account, open the app, visit Settings, then Account. The deletion option is at the bottom of the Account screen. Deletion is permanent: balance, VIP level, history and verification are removed.

If you have an active balance, withdraw it before requesting deletion. Pending withdrawals may take up to 48 hours to clear depending on the method.

If you no longer have access to the app, open /contact/ and request an account deletion from the support team. Include the verified email or phone on the account. The team will respond inside the same window.

After deletion, you can create a new account using the same email or phone after a short cool-down period. The cool-down exists to prevent abuse and is not negotiable.
